    1 star is far too generous but google doesn't allow 0 stars. The sales rep Steve was so unprofessional, didn't listen just talked, tried to upsell things we didn't need, tried to get us signed to a contract any way possible even offered just a shell and we could finish it later!!! We wanted a pool not a hole in the yard! He is doing the dodgy with the excavation too trying to give the work to his mate "out of contract" then sticking the extra cost back in the pool cost anyway! Wouldn't give us a cost breakdown. Worst experience ever! We built with Leisure Pools who are fantastic and fully transparent on all costs giving peace of mind!

    Great friendly people, until your deposit is paid. Never heard from them for 4 weeks then told us pool couldn't be built and our deposit is gone. Our plans didn't even make it to council and these guys no nothing about Australian standards regarding pool construction so beware. These guys make it a business of taking deposits then telling you it can't be done, there not in the business of building pools. Our deposit was taken 25th September 2016 it's now 25th January 2017 and after countless phone calls and emails we still have had no responce and no deposit refunded. We are now reporting this issue to fair trading NSW and also getting legal advice. Do NOT trust the sales reps they tell you they are giving you a great deal and throw in heaps of free stuff but they never deliver on the product and they don't no anything in regards to council guidelines and Australian standards don't use blue haven pools.
